Katie brought some magazines and books to share with our members.  Thank you, Katie.  These are so inspiring!

Mary had been gifted a large assortment of collector dolls which she brought to show us.

Some of our members who attended the Amy Felske Wise Woman workshop have completed their dolls and brought them to show us.

Ann C.'s Wise Woman is lovely.  She plans to perhaps make a staff and add some jewelry for her.

Deb brought her "Holda" wise woman.  She is wearing a shawl that Amy's sister had made.  Great job, Deb!

Andrea's Wise Woman (miniaturized of course!) is still in progress.  Her name is Penelope.

Jude's Wise Woman is still in progress but coming along nicely.  She made a hat for her with the help of Amy's instruction.

Business
Ann C. brought the new business cards and passed out to members.

Round Robin participants exchanged their bags for the next round which will be clothing their dolls.

Program
The program was favorite stuffing and stuffing tools.  Andrea shared an interesting history of the different types of stuffing used throughout the years including fabric, excelsior, wood shavings, Kapok, polyester, and Dacron.  Products have certainly come a long way.
The favored stuffing tools by our members are the Barbara Willis stuffing forks which come in two sizes and are perfect for our doll making needs.

Next Meeting

Our next meeting is Saturday, May 9, 2026.  This will be the joint meeting with Doll Circle of Indianapolis.  We will be meeting at the Wheelright Event Center in Boggstown, Indiana.  There will be a pitch-in salad lunch followed by members sharing their favorite memorable dolls.
