Show and Sale still needs a chairman and Secretary/Newsletter. Previous officers will be happy to train and help the new person.
Discussed were the possibilities for charity projects. One suggestion is a silent auction for this year and next year possible polar fleece blankets to donate to a worthy cause.
Also discussed was having another open house tribute to a noteworthy doll maker in 2024 like we did earlier this year for elinor peace bailey.
Sue and Virginia are working on final details for our Spring 2024 doll workshop to be held April 27-28. Amy Felske has a felt dragon that she could teach us. Her work Incipient Madness may be seen on Facebook.
Program
Sue gave an excellent presentation on making Japanese Cloth Flowers
Sue and Virginia gave us kits so we could all sew along. This was so much fun, and we all were able to make a completed flower following Sue's excellent instruction.
Can you guess whose hands you see?
