Meeting Minutes
Present for the October meeting were Deb, Julie G., Ann C., Anita, Mary, Leslie, Julie W., Katie, Jude, and Andrea. Andrea was our nametag winner.
Show and Tell
Leslie has been busy finishing up some old projects including this one for her granddaughter, an alien soft sculpture with an overlay painted with acrylic paint. She also shared a purchased doll she found at an antique shop made by an unknown doll artist.

Business
Leslie shared information about the recent doll luncheon she attended. It sounded amazing!
Plans for our Christmas Party are in the making. Sue and Virginia are in charge of games and entertainment so we know it will be a fun day. There will be a gift exchange for those who wish to participate. Gifts should be home made. There is no theme this year. We will have a pitch-in brunch. An email will be sent out a few weeks prior for people to sign up with what they will bring.
Program
Planning for the upcoming Annual Show and Sale on Saturday, November 15 was the topic for the day. It will take place form 9:00 a.m. - 3 p.m. Signs will be put up advertising our big day. Ann C., Andrea and Katie will make sure they are in place. Thank you all for doing this! Ann C. has made a flyer for this year's show.
Signups for sales tables are in progress. If you have not signed up for a table, but wish to have one, let Jude know. We will have several tables for displaying dolls we have made. There will be one for challenge dolls (Visitors will vote on these), one for Barbara's Beast class, one for other dolls members have made.
Set up for the show will be on Friday, November 14 from 2-4 p.m.
Next Meeting
There will not be an official meeting in November as this is our Show and Sale Day. The next regular meeting will be our Christmas Party on December 20 at the Irvington Branch Library at 10:00 a.m. Our meeting room is on the right upon entering the library.
